All items are sold as is. All sales are final. I do accept returns if I've mis-identified something but I describe items in detail and provide lots of pictures in hopes you won't need to or want to return anything. If you have questions, please email me and ask as many questions as you need to before you buy. Because once you buy, it's yours. No returns.
Please don't ask for a partial refund for any reason. I don't do that.
If your item arrives damaged, retain all packaging and packing material and contact me immediately. DSI is wonderful to deal with even on claims. I'll provide you with the claim form and they'll reimburse you directly.
